Christmas Ordering
Order your Christmas meat online and collect it from us between 21 and 24 December. You choose the day and the shop in your basket.
How It Works

Shop the Christmas counters and add what you want. Nothing is asked of you until the basket.
- Step 2
Choose your day and shop in your basket
Open your basket and pick a collection day and one of our three shops. The checkout opens once both are chosen.
- Step 3
Collect
Your order is cut for the day you chose. Come to the counter, pay any balance (or pay it ahead of time if you prefer), and take it home.

- Monday 21 December8am – 5pm
- Tuesday 22 December8am – 5pm
- Wednesday 23 December8am – 5pm
- Thursday 24 December8am – 1pm
Christmas Eve is a short day — the counter closes at 1pm.

Christmas is collection only. There is no delivery.
Deposits
Most of the range — turkeys, geese, ducks, game birds, sausages and the trimmings — is paid in full when you order, and there is nothing further to pay.
Joints that are cut to weight, and whole chickens, take a deposit instead. You pay it to reserve the joint, we cut and weigh it for your collection day, and you pay the balance at the counter when you pick it up, or ahead of time if you prefer. If a joint comes to less than its deposit, we refund the difference when you collect. Every item in the shop says which of the two it is, before you add it.
Before You Order
- Online Christmas ordering closes on Monday 14 December, so our butchers have time to cut the work. Gift cards and masterclass vouchers stay available until Christmas Eve.
- Your collection day and shop are chosen in your basket, and the checkout will not open until both are set.
- Deposits are refundable if you cancel before 1 December, and non-refundable after that. The balance on a deposit line is paid at the counter when you collect, or ahead of time if you prefer.
- Please collect on the day you selected — our Christmas chillers are full and we cannot hold orders over.
