This is a deposit. The final price depends on the weight, so you pay £20.00 now to reserve it. Once we have cut and weighed it, pay the balance at the counter when you collect, or ahead of time if you prefer. If it comes to less than the deposit, we refund the difference when you collect.

Ordering information: A £20 deposit is required when placing your order. The remaining balance, charged at £24.50 per kg, will be due on collection.
